  Must be ran by idiots! I booked an initial consultation for contact lenses on Sunday ( booked earlier in the week) on Saturday they send me a text saying that the appointment time did not suit them. I rang them up complaining that I had booked and I needed it done on Sunday as I was working the rest of the week I was told I would be put on a wait list which means I may be waiting 40 minutes again I confirmed it was for the contact lens consultation and I have not had them before but have an in date eye test. Come today after battling with Christmas shopping traffic arrive in and am met with a very unhelpful lady purely saying no we don’t do appointments for contact lenses on sundays. Absolute joke I drove 40 minutes here and the same back for a complete waste of time. Avoid like the plague

  Absolutely great customer service! Lost my glasses and needed new pair to be done next day (sunday) ,called the store told them i didnt made an early apopointment,was told that they cant promise ill squeeze in that day but kindly offered to pop over and they will try to do their best.I already had eye test done at specsavers but didnt have it with me as i was never given .All three store members from vision express organized this missing paperwork to be sent over and complete.
  Want to say again million thanks for all the help to Karolis,Michaela and Agi !!i got my glasses !:)

  Positives: Good range of frames and nice layout instore. Negatives: mixed reviews about staff; some were friendly and accommodating, others however were the complete opposite. Felt some hostility from certain staff having returned several times with badly made lenses.

  Excellent customer service. I was at vision express Blanchardstown yesterday to fix my sunglasses. I was more than impressed by the excellent service I received from one of the staff members. Thank you so much Anita. I will definitely be going back to Vision express for all my eyewear needs as well as recommend it to friends. Thumbs up Vision express
