  I have used Multitrip for several years, and always find them super efficient to deal with. Their website is very user friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Thankfully I have never needed to make a claim to date, (and hopefully never will) so I cannot give a review in that regard

  Everything buried in the fine print Claims are run by a different company. Shocking service. They will do anything to get out of paying your claim.

  I echo what others have said on here. Very sneaky company. Happy to take your money but not to pay out.
  They have a separate claims company that are AWFUL! The customer service is so poor and it sounds like a 2 bit company.
  I had an email and tweet to say that I was covered and then they went back on their word. Absolute cowboys! Save your money!!

  Best value around you can tailor your cover to suit you needs, no point in paying for gorilla attack insurance if you don't need it !!
