  No piblic parking available near unit and yet it serves the public. Son has cardiac condition so needs antibiotic cover yet service provider seems poorly informed and lacks preparation. On day of visit dentist states they need to talk to cardiologist. Also told that a voicemail was left following previous visit. Whilst we may have missed the voicemail we have no recollection of receiving a voicemail. From a risk management perspective as well as common sense one would expect followup information to be put in an email, letter or even a sms text message - something of a permanent record. As the voicemail apparently refers our son to the dental hospital surely a referral letter is needed and a copy of which should be sent to us. Very poor.
