Very helpful staff and a clean room. The place could use a little sprucing up to include stretching out the hallway carpets so you don’t catch your toe & trip. Quick walk to the bus stop to get just about anywhere you need to go.

This hotel is close to Phoenix Park, but you can’t really walk anywhere from here, you’ll need a car. It felt safe, our room was on the smaller side. Sofa beds on the harder side. Kids were complaining quite a bit. Front desk person was polite and helpful. No breakfast included. Need a bit of remodelling, but otherwise clean enough. Should have had more towels.

Good basic accommodation, clean room, comfy bed. There's a bar on site that serves a decent range of food and there's plenty of secure parking. Excellent location for Phoenix Park and travel into the city centre.

Staff who came into contact with were friendly and as helpful as they could be within what was possible.
Unfortunately, even though I made the booking more than 4 months before they still managed to mess it up.
We booked for a disabled room. When we arrived we were told that all disabled rooms were full with stay overs. We had to take a standard room which meant my wife was unable to use the shower.
NOT HAPPY! I will be speaking to Customer Service.

Cheap clean rooms. Restuarant on site. Friendly staff. Can be busy with European competitors staying here whilst competing locally. Walking distance to train station into centre of Dublin

Very clean rooms and the on-sight restaurant was better than usual for places like this. Only downside (which they don't really hide just me not doing enough research) is it's about a 30 minute bus journey into the Dublin city centre which feels pretty long at the end of a day.
