- Claire Holding Added 29/09/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lady at reception was incredibly rude to me this morning. I am seeing below that she seems to be rude to a lot of your customers. Today I was shouted at, docket ripped from my hands and spoken to like a bold child. I am a 33 year old grown woman, she ruined my Monday with her abhorrent attitude. I selected DPD when ordering from Zooplus, the person who brings out my packages always comments on how heavy my packages are and they seem so put out. Please don't have your service on pet store sites if you don't like delivering heavy items. I won't be selecting DPD again or using you to deliver my items. I am awaiting a response to my complaint with a Manager.
